I can say that most of my patient’s have had some measure of success with the Crest Whitestrips, some more than others. Our office uses the Supreme which are 4 times stronger than what you can get in the store, but the others will work as well but take more time and possibly more than one kit. The results are usually pretty quick, noticeable in the first few days, best in a week or longer.If you can, do yourself the favor of using them right after you get your teeth cleaned as any staining and buildup (tartar, plaque, or orthodontic cement) will impede their ability to work. They will not whiten any white fillings you may have, but whiten uniformly. Also, don’t use fluoride toothpaste before putting the strips on (same reason). You should not drink or eat anything dark for at least 1/2 hour after using the strips.
The strips/trays are your least costly whitening method as compared to custom made trays or in office whitening ($500.00+) All of the methods (strips, trays, custom trays, in office whitening) have the potential to make your teeth temporarily sensitive, but will not harm the enamel. If you get sensitive use the product every other day in conjunction with a sensitive tooth toothpaste. You might try to drink dark liquids through a straw and don’t smoke. Most whitening toothpastes just remove stain on the surfaces of your teeth and therefore are not so effective. Whatever method you use it will not whiten your teeth for life, as you age your teeth will get darker and may need to be whitened again.

Use colgate maxfresh burst.

Its like brishing with those Crest white strips added to the toothe paste.

I have always had troubles with the meds I have taken, but my teeth are whiter now than ever in my life before.
brush once in morning, and once before bed. takes about 2 minutes of brishing with this tooth Paste.

When you rinse use cold water, and it will really burn cold in your mouth, Gets you going a bit. Dont swallow the Past , Spit it out sweetie.

You sound like a nice girl, so I’ll be honest and keep the answer clean.

Most pharmacy’s in the UK now do whitening of teeth during your lunch break, for about £350 or $600.

Ask a ‘Boots’ Chemist or equivalent.

Failing that it is the common stuff, no tea or coffee or caffeine, no sweets etc.

I use Crest pro-health toothpaste and noticed my teeth have gotten a little brighter since I’ve started using it (they are already very white). My mom used those Crest Whitestrips and they worked really well after a few weeks.

the pre whitening wash i have been using for about 5 months and sometimes i feel like its working and sometimes i dont..i guess it just depends, but i also have tried alot of things, ive been uding hydrogen peroxide & baking soda too, and they work pretty wel, but just dont use them at the same time.
i also use the crest whitening toothpaste both night & regular

well crest whitestrips can ruin your teeths enamel. i wouldnt go with them. im not sure about listerine. maybe talk to your dentist or do some online research about whitening that doesnt ruin your teeth’s enamel- trust me, its not worth it if your enamel is gone…
