I was going to go the dentist but they overcharge you and on this forum it says you can buy professional (polanight dental bleach) for a fraction of the price compared to paying the dentist for the same stuff.

Use crest products. Refrain from drinking so much coffee, juices, candy, and anything else that may stain your teeth. And: “When you can’t brush, chew on this” ~ Trident White is a good way to keep your teeth ‘cleaner’ during the day while it helps whiten them.

I USE baking soda you can now get a Colgate toothpaste with baking soda in ..it sound quite good

If you want good advice on home teeth whitening then your best bet is to visit this forum on google, I have checked it out and it is fantastic.

i use the rapid white range, you buy it from Boots.
It is pretty good, I have no stains at all from drinking coffee, red wine etc

it is still best to have the procedure done by a dentist, it usually lasts for about 6 months. this would give you faster results as opposed to home treatments however home treatments are recommended for maintenance if you had whitening done by your dentist. please do refrain from coffee for the duration of the treatment.

just use crest white strips, only if u have sensitive teeth i wouldn’t use them. i stopped using them b/c i have sensitive teeth.

are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be followed. details

I agree, Crest whitestrips DO work and they are not expensive. They won’t make your teeth sensitive either.

First of all are you sure you staining comes from drinking too much coffee. Some staining may have result from the prescription of certain antibiotics when younger or as you get older more of your dentine which is yellow shows through. There may be other reasons as well.
Simple staining coffee and teeth can be removed by a simple scale and polishing done by the dentist. Bleaching removes some of the stains which are more deep within the tooth. Please be careful with bleaching as it may cause sensitivity to your tooth and in some case pulp necrosis.
If your stains are cause by congenital defects no amount of bleaching(whitening) will help. A veneer or a crown will have to be done.Home teeth whitenning which is bought from pharmacies are not as concentrated as ones in the dentist. You might not get the same effect.
Your best option is to see a dentist and speak to him about it.

crest white strips work but are bad for ur gums,,, brush ur teeth with colgate whitning and floss everyday, after you eat
