maybe use the arm and hammer toothpaste. then sprinkle some peroxide on it to give it a twist, and a whiten. This helped whiten my teeth a lot!

Put a little bit of baking soda on your toothbrush. That always works, just don’t swallow it.

I heard strawberrys have a slight bleachening affect.
I have the same thing I don’t know why the toothpaste whitening doesn’t last.(I wish it did!) But I do know peroxide helps.

it’s not hydrogen peroxide. It’s carbamide peroxide.

depending on the stain (intrinsic or extrinisc) you may not be able to whiten your teeth.

You should be evaluated by your dentist to determine the best method for you and how to lessen the sensitivity.

All those chemicals…I never found that they did much for me either. If you have crowns or veneers all the chem in the world won’t whiten them…so you have to be careful.

Have you tried just using baking soda? Tastes like hell but it was the norm before we had all these toothpastes, whiteners, gels and rinses.

Brushing your teeth with baking soda and peroxide will whiten your teeth. It tastes really bad but, it works. I am really sensitive to all of the whitening strips and trays too, so i tried this remedy 4 a week and I could see a significant difference. Another thing that has helped is using the Listerine Whitening pre-brush rinse. I use that every other day and it works and doesn’t make my teeth hurt.

Hi, I used lemon or lemon juice for years and it helped , but my dentist said it has acids that can damage the enamel. It also makes your mouth dry. If you choose to use this, remember don’t use it often. And use a fluoride rinse to keep the enamel strong.
