here are 2 ways pretty much the same but 1 difference:

-wet toothbrush with water and dip in baking soda;brush teeth

-wet tooth brush with PEROXIDE dip in baking soda;brush teeth (if anything burns cuz of the peroxide, it is cleaning any cuts in your mouth)

hope this helps you!! =)

I’ve heard of baking soda(main one), peroxide(but don’t swallow! and it tastes bad) and even strawberries(but I don’t really believe this one).

I recently read that all teeth whitening products are various strengths of hydrogen peroxide, which would mean that you probably won’t get much faster results from one product to another.

Also, you might talk to a dentist about the natural color of your teeth. Some people don’t have perfectly white teeth by nature and no amount of bleaching will change that (as far as I know…question for a dentist). I noticed this in college because I have very dark hair and very white teeth, whereas my roommate was a redhead and her teeth were never pearly-white, even though she had very good dental hygiene.

Now that I’m older, I use whiteners on occassion and I usually see results in a day or too. SO, again, check with a dentist about the results you are getting.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be followed. details
