I don’t have time to tell you everything about it that I would like to, but PLEASE check out the Attacking Anxiety and Depression program by Midwest Center. You can get a new one on ebay for about half as much as it would cost you to order directly from the company. This program changed my life!!!

Hey, I used to get them regularly for 16 years and decided to write a blog all about it “without” having to purchase a thing. My link is:

Regarding the hyperventilating, I suggest (in my blog link also) that you (if out), go to the toilet (where it is quiet) and cover your nose and mouth with your hands and breathe in and out, this regulates the over-oxygenation process you’ve created and helps calm this down. We tend to take in too much oxygen when we get nervous, this also creates the chest pains because we also gulp a LOT of air when we do this, which causes a build-up of wind! I hope that helps!!! Love Joy:) xox

Fed-up with specialists advice, I found a way that worked for me, there should be something in there for you too!
