I’m Italian; here when someone is in your situation, usually the firms look for an agreement, in order to close the matter with the hearing.
So this hearing should not last so long; and maybe you’ll be entitled to compensation in a short time. It also depends on you and your requests.
But usually, I repeat, this conciliation hearing is the only thing you’ll have to do to reach an agreement, so there won’t be anything else after it
