But, I am first and foremost a Giants fan. I think that Tom Brady and Bill Belichick are finally getting the credit that they deserve. Up until last year, all anybody heard about was Payton Manning, and he hadn't won a Superbowl, Brady had won three at that point, in fact he was the MVP in two of them. Brady finally has an "A" class corps of receivers, and everybody is suddenly either a Past fan or they hate them. There is so much talk about the Pats running up the score, about Don Shula's sour grapes, Manning getting beaten again by Brady, that sometime I wonder where the other 30 teams are. Are they playing in an other league? When the Bears were hot in 1985, we suffered through the "Superbowl Shuffle" and put up with Jim McMahon and William Perry's antics. We have all seen footage of Namath's poolside guarantee of a win in the Superbowl. In the 1980's and 1990's we kept hear about how great John Elway and Dan Mario were, Elway got his two rings in his last two seasons, and Marino never got one.
