You need to find out what you really took and then ask your doctor. An ob/qyn wouldn’t have given you a herb but perhaps testosterone. I wouldn’t take anything until you get some blood work done to see whether there’s a hormonal imbalance. And don’t take herbs unless you’ve researched them carefully. This site is good:
Usually, one’s libido drops because of exhaustion, other medical problems, one’s own emotional difficulties, or difficulties in the relationship. Don’t treat it until you’ve thought about all of this.
