Can i start lifting weights after nose surgery?
MuckemsayUhh asked: It has been 2 weeks since i had rhinoplasty surgery. I just fixed my crooked nose. My nose feels fine. Can i go back to my regular weight lifting and running exercises if i am careful not to touch my nose?

That is a question that you should be asking your Doctor….
He would know what is best when it comes to some thing like that…..
People here could say yes and then you run into complications and what recourse do you have and who ever advises that you could it would be no skin of there but…..
On the other hand if the doctor said you could and complications arose that could be proven that on his advise you went ahead and then had problems you would be able to have some recourse against the Doctor….
