Can i start lifting weights after nose surgery?

That is a question that you should be asking your Doctor….
He would know what is best when it comes to some thing like that…..
People here could say yes and then you run into complications and what recourse do you have and who ever advises that you could it would be no skin of there but…..
On the other hand if the doctor said you could and complications arose that could be proven that on his advise you went ahead and then had problems you would be able to have some recourse against the Doctor….
