PC asked: Is there a web site to look up quotes for car and health insurance without having to enter personal information (like my name and address)? I understand zip code, but I don’t want the junk mail. Hopefully a web site with multiple places to compare prices?

a google search for insurance comparison brought tons of results, here’s one
not sure about the junk but in the end when I am after insurance myself I might try 50 quotes till I know I am getting rock bottom price so there is always a bit of junk mail etc.

Well, car insurance is based on your CREDIT score. So if you won’t type in personal information, the quote won’t be worth a piece of toilet paper.
Health insurance is based on your age and your health. So ditto.
A local, independent agent can get you multiple quotes with multiple companies. A larger agent will be able to do both health and auto - many smaller agents do one or the other, but not both. Let an agent do your shopping for you. It won’t cost you anything extra.

Try using to compare car insurance rates for all the major providers in your area.
They only need your zip code.

yes but its hard to give an accurate quote because of all the different policies and they usually run your social security number to give you the correct price BUT try i hope that helps.

Yes, buy take all such quotes with a grain of salt - they are probably lowballed.
