I can’t use state medical because I’m sponsoring my Spouse to live in the US. Schip is a states means benefit, therefore I can’t use it.
I’m wanting to purchase insurance from a health insurance company. There got to be something less then $600/a month!

I believe you can insure only your children through Welfare insurance, in which you would have to meet income guidelines. In PA we have a program called CHIP which is sort of welfare & all children are eligible no matter what income, some for free or low cost.
