Presently Medicare & Tata-Aig will be the best health insurance companies in India. i m suggesting these as u ask for health insurance. LIC will be the best insurance for ur family including death claim but in terms of health insurance Medicare & Tata-Aig will be the best as these two cover almost all type of claims in medical reason, chronic illness, accident, hospital charges, all types of medical tests, also paid money when u r in bed rest . please take a deep & detail look about the policies of that companies.

You can think about Bajaj Allianz Health Guard policy for your family. Bajaj is good in claim settlement & they have internal claim processing dept. All other companies depend on TPAs i.e., Outsourced. There are a lot of USPs with Bajaj.
