Might wanna have them swing by the doctor. Priaprism (that’s what prolonged erections are called) can be caused by leukaemia, Fabry’s disease, and blood disorders.

I think most of the drug warnings suggest seeking help if it lasts beyond 4 hours. Cutting off the venous drainage from the penis for so long can be dangerous.
