How do you deal with insomnia?
Sara asked: I don’t want links to websites about insomnia or suggestions for different types of meds. I just want to know how other insomniacs like myself deal with it. How do you deal with your day at work/school? At the end of the day what do you do to help your body fall asleep?

You might be opposed to meds right now, but if you’re like me and your body is just screwing itself over then you need to go to a doctor. Exercise an hour or so before you go to bed and read a book while in bed. Buy some melatonin and take it every night at the same time. Keep the same schedule through the whole week, including weekends. If none of this works, see a doctor or some kind of sleep specialist and they’ll know what to do.
