i dont think you have anything to worry about! they say late 20’s is the age that early ageing starts! but you start when you feel you need to ,it wont hurt you.

Sounds like you have a good regimen. I would add sunblock to that, as sun exposure ages you faster than anything.

You are doing a great job, acutally, if you use the anti-aging product too early it will hurt your skin, because your skin will get used to all the anti-age elements, and when you’re getting older, then your skin will become resist to those. And you have nothing to use. The best way to care for skin is to keep it moisture and clean. Keep looking pretty!

Well, Im 28 and I have a pretty good skin care regime but I don’t use anti-aging products. For one, Im still young, Secondly, black don’t crack(when you live a healthy life style). I have very oily skin anyway so I know Im not going to get any wrinkles. Most people of color age gracefully.

My stepmother says she started using hers in high school, and she looks great! I also saw an interview with Sharon Stone, who said she started using an Avon product as a teenager, and she’s 59!

You are young and you are doing the right thing by taking care of your skin and eating right. Anti-Aging products are designed for older people at least in their 30’s. What you can do is purchase quality products, not just any cream or face wash. The skin in our face is really delicate and anything can irritate it, so be careful what you put on. Low quality products can clog pores, cause breakouts, etc. I like to read the science behind the products I get so that I know actually why I am choosing a product over the other one. Personally I use Skintelligence-5 piece set (face wash, normalizer, masque, moisturizer, and cellular perfecting complex). Very pleased with the results. In the past Iused to use any quality stuff on my face and of course, I paid the price. Now everything is back to normal. Ah, I also use an antioxidant formula called Ashanti Isotonix. It helps restore collagen to skin and strenghtens your inmune system, promotes circulation (rosy cheeks), you feel pretty and healthy overall. If you want to check these products out, here is the site (americhoice)

I am 22, I have been using anti aging products since I was 20, Just to keep my skin younger. Since I began using these products I have notics a dramatic difference in the appearance.. It is up to you when to start, But I would say it is never to early to start protecting yourself against the signs of aging. You never know when your body will start showing signs. :-)

i think now is the perfect age to start using them.
you want to try and prevent the wrinkles before they come, instead of trying to get rid of them once they are already there!
and make sure that you are using a moisturizer with SPF in it on a daily basis.

Yes, there is a ‘too early’ stage to be using anti-aging creams! The good anti-aging creams contain retinol, a product which is used to renew your skin cells. When you’re younger, your skin already does this itself, so using retinol can be damaging to your skin!
At 21, you don’t need anything anti-aging. You just need to start preventing it. The primary preventative action against premature aging is hydrating your skin. Keep it moist. Moisturise twice a day, and use a moisturizing (not anti-aging) eye cream.
The next best way to fight away aging is to wear a sunscreen. UVA rays do damage to your skin, as we all know, but did you know that sun exposure can cause your skin to age prematurely? Use a moisturiser with an SPF if you’re only outside going to and from places, but if you are active, or outside a lot, you need to use a 30+ sunscreen after your moisturiser.
You don’t need to start using any anti-aging products until your early thirties, and even then, don’t use anything with collagen, retinol or botox. You won’t need it if you start preventing aging now.
Why waste your money on anti-aging products you don’t need??? Please please please don’t start using anything anti-aging; i’m reading so many other people saying “yes I use it!” when they’re only young! You don’t need it if you have a good moisturiser and a good eyecream! Please, don’t waste your money on this stuff. Your skin doesn’t need the extra chemicals yet.

I’d recommend using an alpha hydroxy acid product to exfoliate the skin cells. Not only does this increase skin cell turnover and keep the skin look smooth and even, but it will prevent breakouts. Look out for alpha hydroxy acid products with lactic acid, salycic acid and glycolic acid. I’d also recommend purchasing a vitamin c serum (pure l-ascorbic acid) which can be used morning and night. This will act as an antioxident to prevent skin damage, as well as plumping up the collagen and elastin in the skin and keeping the skintone even and giving you a healthy glow. And last, but not least, use a high factor sunblock every day.

Good luck : )

just keeping your face clean with one product is the best result but if your using chemicals after chemicals is bad for your face..
