IT is too abrasive. It will destroy your enamel. You Shouldnt even brush your teeth for 5 minutes.

YES! I read somewhere on the internet that if you brush your teeth with baking soda, if you have braces, the baking soda deteriorates the glue and your braces could start coming off,,,

I put baking soda in a cup then mix a lil bit of water into it, it forms almost like a paste.. you will notice the difference between baking soda and toothpaste.. i personally love baking soda NO BAD BREATHE

the easiest way to brush with baking soda is to just put the toothpast on your brush and then dip it into the backing soda covering the toothpaste in it, then start brushing, it tastes nasty but youll get used to it
