You can always brush your teeth with peroxide and let it sit in for a few minutes……

If you use colgate whitening tooth paste, brush them after every meal. and rinse your mouth with poroxide*make sure not to swollow* and then try that colgate night gel.*SImply White night* *use both morning and night* your teeth will whitning up, mine deff. did

The best thing that I have found is holding a mixture of water and peroxide in your mouth for a few minutes and swish it around. This works great for me. Especially if you have bad enamel. Regular cleanings are not good for everyone.

In the olden days, people used baking soda to brush their teeth.

Brushing your teeth with baking soda and peroxide twice a day is a great way to naturally whiten your teeth. You can just use this mixture alone or pour some peroxide and baking soda on top of your toothpaste and use together.

what i’ve used..is crest whitestrips…2 a day for 30 minutes each. after taking of the strips..i would brush my teeth with rembrant tooth paste…….i did that for a good while..6 months to a year….and that was about 4 yrs. ago…and my teeth are still really white..and everyone comments on them.
