I would like to know the name to a birth defect that meets some or all of the following criteria?

besides the skin condition, sounds like multiple sclerosis.

oh my gosh that sounds terrible. The curviture of the spine sounds like possibly cerebral palsey, which makes the bones and muscles not grow right and sometimes makes bones or joints really stiff especially while the person is awake. but i wouldnt know, im not a doctor or anything. I’ve never heard of the skin or eye thing. thats got to have something to do with the brain. i’m sorry i’m not much help to you but next time you visit a doctor or, if you have children their pediatrician would be great, talk to them and I’m positive they wouldbe happy to answer your questions about it.
