“Closed fractures are those in which the skin is intact, while open (compound) fractures involve wounds that communicate with the fracture and may expose bone to contamination.”

Pretty sure the other 2 options are made up. Comminuted fracture is the other one to remmember - lots of fragments

One more to add to aidan’s list: Compression fracture (usually in vertebrae or radius/ulna or tib/fib).
