As a 12 year old I seriously doubt you are experiencing a heart attack. Heart attacks are severe, crushing pains in the chest that radiate to the left side only (loss of oxygen to those areas first) followed by rapid loss of consciousness.
Most likely you have general aches and pains from a flu or some physical exertion.
Rest, drink fluids, get your parents involved in your care.

it’s not a heart attack, because you would be having problem’s breathing, i don’t think it’s a big problem, probably a bruised rib, i would see a doctor if i was you.

Could be many things involved, have a thorough check up with the doctors. Every thing can’t be a heart attack.
