healthy eating…..?

Is there any specific foods / drinks I can put in my diet so I put on weight healthily? I need to put weight on but dont want to eat “fast food” types. Ive recently added pasta, tuna, more fruit to my diet

there is no such thing as putting on weight healthy unless you are talking about adding muscle weight. Go to the gym, work out. and eat lots of protein

What about build up type drinks such as “Build Up” or other high protein drinks?
You could ask your GP to refer you to a dietitian for dietary advice. Don’t be tempted to eat fatty foods. Sounds like you are being really sensible by simply increasing your carbs such as pasta etc.
Also drink plenty of milk.

eat grape and allot of fresh juice and there is special drink contain 2 or 3 banana and milk and 3 peace of date fruit and little bit from the nut do it in the mixer with ice don’t put water is to healthy and also nice try it

Look for foods that have a high fat content. Its the smae with losing weight, you look for food with a small fat content. Good luck, and remember, dont yo-yo diet, stick to a weight and get their steadily!

Ok now this is an interesting question. I wont be able to tell what foods you need to eat but I can certainly guide you to a book which may help, its called “Chinese System of Food Cures: Prevention and Remedies”. You can find this book at amazon.

This book distinguishes all food by its Yin/Yang content and explains how different foods act in different ways on the body. You’ll need to take sometime in reading this book if you buy it as it is somewhat of a complex subject.

Is good try to get into shape, and let me suggest to you this:

When you fancy something to eat don´t stop, just don´t forget eat 80 % of your stomach capacity.

Remember that the moderation is the key to healthy living.
