What is the difference when even in “healthy eating” you are denying yourself all of the good foods (even in moderation) and keep limiting yourself in portions and the types of food you eat.
And those healthy food commercials…they have twigs on diets.
All those 50 calories yogurts that are healthy and help twigs lose more weight.
I dont get it….why so quick to condone the bad habits of one group (eating disorder) and then promoting bad habits of another (losing weight by eating tasteless food and counting calories).
Yes but if the aim of the healthy eating is to lose weight when you do not need to, is it not a problem?
If you choose the salad over the full meal continuously in order to lose weight but chalk it up to healthy eating?

uhh healthy eating means you dont eat crap and you eat salads and not things like cheetos

and an eating disorder means that you dont eat enough at all and your body needs food, but theres nothing there

in this generation, and in the americas specifically, we are prone to take things seriously and just want to do things that most quickest way possible. it isnt the best way but thats how we do it. because of the fear of becomin fat and wantin to lost weight, ppl have also forgotten what it takes to be healthy, i mean y r u going to stave urself and worry about ur weight all the time even if it means u losin ur health and puttin u near death?

i really dont think ppl should go on diets at all, i mean most of us do it for a time then once we reach our goals, we stop and eat teh way we use to. why bother doin it to begin with then?? just change ur lifestyle a little bit, not completely and all at once!! its lik how the church did it in order to get ppl to convert to their religion!

id say forget dietin and tryin to “eat healthy”, just eat what u want, and be happy with how u r, dont deprive urself if u’re goin to be unhappy and put urself at risk for many health problem

life’s too short to make it miserable, just enjoy life and make the most of what u have!
