One fast and easy way to start your own free store selling health related products like soy or vitamins etc is to setup a free zlio store. I run one called The Hot Sauce Collector at — zlio works best for selling niche products where you can provider better coverage on a subject matter than a larger online seller might be able to do.
Another alternative would be to source your own products directly and sell them through a Yahoo shop. This will take longer and require more capital, but could potentially allow you to capture more of the profits down the road if you work it real hard.
I would consider both options based upon your needs and expectations.

You should start with a good website that will get listed by all the major search engines. I would check into that before anything else.
