Vitamin-E is a well known vitamin that’s in many skin care products and can be applied directly to the skin from a capsule. I’ve used this vitamin on my skin before, but it’s very sticky. Recently I heard that vitamin-A is great for skin repair if taken orally or applied topically. There are prescribed Rentin-A creams and a forms of retinol that are over-the-counter, but I have a bottle of Vitamin-A capsules at home that I hardly ever take. What I was wondering was: Do any of you have experience using vitamin-A capsules on your skin (applied topically) and what were the results? Did your skin look better and were wrinkles reduced? I’m just curious. I try new things and I’d like to try vitamin-A in conjunction with vitamin-E.
