Taking garlic will help. I make an onion - garlic soup especially during the winter to ward off colds.

Hi:

Well here are a few more remedies that you can try…

The less sugar and sweets you eat, the less they will be attracted to you.

For some reason if you eat peanut butter every day, the bugs will bite you less,

You people are whacked!!! Mosquitos are attracted to the heat of your body and the heat from your breath. Get a clue before giving people advice….huh?

Absolutely! Taking a multi-B vitamin regularly is good for a lot of things, but I can promise IT WILL KEEP the mosquitoes away from you. The number one thing to avoid is bananas, believe it or not for some reason, mosquitoes will feast on the blood of banana lovers according to a National Geographic Discovery channel special.

I would be careful just taking vitamin B if you don’t need to also there are many B vitamins B1-B6-B12 and the body requires them at certain levels. if you take more than is needed you could do serious damage to your body such as developing a rare blood disorder called Polycythemia where your body produces to much blood and could result in blood clotting, stroke or even death. before taking extra B vitamins or any vitamins you should have your blood check to be sure you need them.
