Thanks for your help–No the question asks: the heparin rate is 3mg/kg/hr. Concentration of heparin in the bag is 100units/cc. What rate would you initiate the gtt?
Honestly, this is exacty the way it is written. Maybe that’s one reason I’m so confused.
