The unpleasant ache isn’t so different from a variety of other aches I’ve had over past weeks, but I’m really disturbed by the discharge - haven’t had that since about 15 weeks.
I can’t call the hospital, I don’t speak the local language - if the bleeding was continuing I’d call my hubby at work and get him to call for me. But I’m not sure what to do about the injections! Tomorrow I’ll get him to call them anyway, but it’s late evening now and I have to make my decision alone about the jab…
Please help if you can - I know a lot of people have to use Heparin or Lovenox during pregnancy these days. Sensible advice will be much appreciated!

I would continue taking it, a small amount of spotting is probably nothing. Heparin has a short half life and only stays in your system for about 6 hours. Stay positive and if the bleeding increases I would try to get some sort of medical attention even though I understand your difficulty with language barriers.
