I know that insulin and heparin are synth-hormones. Not sure what ACh is and I can figure out what bradykinin would do. I would go with either of those, but, lean towards ACh

Insulin is a hormone secreted by Beta cells of pancreas. Acetylcholine is a neurohormone synthesised by parasympatheic nerves.Heparin is not naturally secreted in the body,it`s an anticoagulant endogenously administered.Bradykinin is secreted by carotid body and reduces heart rate.
