For Emphysema COPD sufferers – what do you think is best place in the World to live?

For people who are affected by damp and moisture some locations will be entirely unsuitable.
To live Permanently and perhaps visit on holidays.

COPD —- What’s considered a high concentration of required supplemental Oxygen?

redglory asked: My relative is currently on a ventilator, and is recieving 60% concentrated Oxygen. Meanwhile, his Oxygen levels in his bloodstream are still dropping – even with the increased levels.
What does this indicate?
