My father who is 69 had a prostate biopsy last month and he is going to hospital for the results today. He had the biopsy done because his PSA was a bit high or better it went up quite rapidly in just a year from 5 to almost 8. Can this rise be just due to enlarged prostate only? Doctor said that my father has an enlarged prostate.
Also I have read that the results of the biopsy can be very misleading because if they ‘poke’ an area of the prostate which is healthy, you will be told that there is no cancer when in fact they may be cancer in other parts of the prostate which have not been examined during biopsy. So where does this leave you? does he have to repeat the biopsy every 6 months or so?

the things is my bf had prostate cancer and he opted for surgery of his prostate so not he cant have any babies. this was just over a year ago. we are only 24 so not had any babies. anyways, he only had like 2 days to freeze his sperms so he went 3 times to do that.
my question is, whats the likely hood that ill be able to get pregnant, like how does itwork, ok that sounds stupid, i do know how it woks but out of the 3 times he went and and 3 erm ill say “testubes” filled with his sperms, but like how many babies could you have.

I’m 23 and my right prostate as been swelling up a bit off and on for several months.. its gets about a half size bigger than my left… and here recently it appears to be a small lump coming and going inside of it.. to the point where you can feel it and move it around….

I refused to do it and now he has left me. He told me he needed me to do it for him because he had a prostate infection. I didnt believe him. He also told me he couldnt have sex with me because ‘health issues’ were keeping him from having a normal sex life. He told me if I didnt do it, he would find someone who would do it, man or woman. He told me it would probably have to be a man since most women wont do it. I didn’t know what prostate massage, or milking was and I thought he was being kinky. But now I realize that it is medically recognized and legitimate treatment for certain male problems. I would like to get him back somehow but Im too ashamed and afraid to say anything. I think I am willing to do whatever it takes to make the relationship work.
