I put it across to you that a lot of time is spent trying to establish meaningful communication with people with dementia and certain skills are needed . Is time spent with them to achieve this need . What do staff value most changing or empting of commodes or sitting and talking to the clients .Is there a tool that measures Social interactions and if yes is it in use ?
