Questions for those who have or had a high risk pregnancy (including Metformin, Heparin and/or had a cerclage)

Robin S asked: I am currently about 6 weeks pregnant. I have had 2 losses in the past year and a half. I am currently on 1500 mg of Metformin/day, 2 daily shots of Heparin (blood thinner for my APS), and will be having a cerclage at week 12.
